How the mapping and changes are recorded
Item code becomes SKU. Style code groups the variants and Approved URL supplies the handle. Retail amount is the confirmed selling price; Wholesale amount is explicitly excluded. Colour and Size use the approved Color and Size option labels. Explicit yes/no values become TRUE/FALSE.
GTIN digits are preserved with a gtin: prefix, and descriptions are escaped as plain HTML paragraphs. No product facts are researched or invented. The delivery records source rows, before/after values, the mapping version and source/output checksums.
Exact output: 1397 bytes. SHA-256: 3e2fd343b0c0f847c08669cc4ab6fa836ee9af5d1596c84265ae6e562767e2bc. The current template's Variant Barcodes header still needs native acceptance verification. Shipping weights, inventory and other omitted fields require review in the destination store.

- Review your delivery. Check the import proposal, changes and exceptions. Blocking facts need your correction.
- Decide what to import. Review product facts and the Shopify import preview before continuing.
A clear scope
One supported layout at a time.
For webshops and agencies preparing new products. One CSV or simple XLSX, up to 500 data rows and 5 MiB. Each variant counts as a row. Retail prices in your confirmed store currency, with up to three option dimensions.
The quote distinguishes one source-correction rerun before the first passing file from one same-scope correction round after delivery. Different layouts, extra fields or new batches need a separate scope check. If required facts remain unresolved, agree a rescope or cancellation; an exception report alone is not a completed import-file order.
Live imports, existing-product updates, inventory sync, images, product research and currency or tax calculations are outside the package. Shipping weights and fulfillment setup are not included.

Catalog Ops is prepared by Bjorn under the existing Auregate identity. The work is defined by an agreed mapping and a reviewable delivery, with exceptions made visible before an import decision.
We use your approved product facts and prices. We do not invent claims, fill unknown values or ask for store passwords. The example shown here is synthetic; it is not a customer case study.
Practical answers
Before you start.
Can you accept any spreadsheet?
We first confirm the supported layout. The first package accepts a simple XLSX with one visible Supplier worksheet or the agreed CSV. Formulas, macros, embedded tables, hidden data and complex workbooks are excluded.
What if data is missing or a file is unsafe?
Missing required facts and ambiguous values block the import proposal until corrected. Unsafe or unsupported files can be refused before a row report is available. We explain what supported replacement is needed.
Will you change my store?
No. You review and import the delivered file yourself. No live changes, existing-product updates or inventory synchronization are included.
Which currencies do you support?
We work with international currency codes, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY and KWD. Your file must use one currency that matches your Shopify store. We preserve amounts, check the permitted decimal precision and flag mismatches. No exchange-rate conversion is included.
Are shipping and tax settings included?
No. You confirm the intended retail prices and store currency and tax flags. We do not calculate tax. Weight is not supplied; review Shopify defaults and shipping requirements before importing physical products.
What are the price and delivery time?
The final offer states the price, scope, correction allowance and deadline before an order is accepted. No subscription or unlimited service is included.
